Olga Rensch becomes a co-director of the Minsk international educational center

The general meeting of participants of the Johannes Rau International Center for Education and Exchange has prolonged the powers of the Belarusan director of the Center, Viktor Balakirev, and confirmed in office the German director Olga Rensch who was the head of the office of the Dortmund International Educational Center before that.
Olga Rensch is a civil engineer by education, has a good command of the Russian language.
Both directors are the heads of the ICEE; they are equal in their rights and together make all important decisions. EuroBelarus was informed about it by the Information Service of the Center.
Dr. Astrid Sahm, the former German director of the Johannes Rau ICEE, as well as the head of the Belarus Support Program of the Federal Government of Germany, will develop project activity on the creation of a representative office of the Dortmund International Educational Center in Berlin.
Olga Rensch will enter upon her duties as a head of the ICEE in April 2012.
From January to April 2012, the director of the Dortmund International Educational Center, Peter Junge-Wentrup, will exercise functions of the German director of the Johannes Rau International Center for Education and Exchange in Minsk.
