Information Meetings
There are 192 CSOs and local authorities representatives have taken part in information meetings in all regions of Belarus:
- Grodno Region with participation of 21 people;
- Brest Region with participation of 67 people;
- Mogilev Region with participation of 16 people;
- Vitebsk Region with participation of 28 people;
- Gomel Region with participation of 37people;
- Minsk Region with participation of 23 people.
Dialouge Meetings
In total 30 dialogue meetings have taken place. Target groups for the dialogue meetings:
- Representatives of Belarusian CSOs and state institutions experienced in cooperation within EU–funded and bilateral projects;
- Representatives of the European CSOs experienced in cooperation within EU-funded and bilateral projects.
Workshops on Logical Framework Approach (LFA)
Totally 146 representatives of local authorities, state institutions, Civil Society organizations have taken part in 5 workshops. During the workshops there were developed 28 project LFA matrixes.
Within the frames of the project a manual "Logical Framework Approach and its using during analysis and planning activities" is published in 1000 copies and disseminated among project participants, representatives of Belarusian CSO and local authorities.
Fields of developed project LFA matrixes:
- Social protection for vulnerable groups;
- Environmental protection, sustainable development;
- Support to SME in order to create more jobs;
- Protection of rights;
- Adult informal education.
Results of the website development
- Informational and analytical materials about/for BY-EU cooperation are established/collected and placed on the website;
- 30 Descriptions of Belarus organizations that are already in partnership with some EU organization, or are looking for such partnerships, are placed on the web site;
- 13 Descriptions of EU possible or actual partners are in place on the web site;
- Access to establishing partnerships via this web site and its data base and marketplace is available on the Internet on the permanent basis.
