Main functions in the project:
Organizing and leading the work of the project team, holding workshops for Belarusian NGO and local authorities on LFA methodology, interaction with EC representation offices in Kiev and Brussels as well as with European organizations that are interested to start \ to deep cooperation with partners from Belarus etc.) to reach sufficient institutional capacity and adequate networking opportunities for Belarusian non-governmental organization and local authorities to contribute in an effective and positive way to the assessment of the needs and the development of co-operation programmes and activities, as well as to ensure their efficient participation of the EU programmes and activities in the field of civil society.

  • Project development and project management/ team leader of EU Tacis and DANIDA programmes
  • Project monitoring of civil society development projects in Belarus
  • Monitoring and evaluation manager in USAID supported project in Afghanistan
  • Project cycle management, training development and conducting of training activities
  • Developing and conducting of information seminar and coordination activities, Belarus
  • Local community building activities among NGOs and local authorities, Belarus, Russia and Afghanistan
  • NGO development and official approval of NGO, Belarus
  • Cooperation activities between citizens and authorities, Belarus, Russia and Afghanistan

Organizing and holding project activities (informational meetings, dialogue meetings, holding workshops for Belarusian NGO and local authorities on LFA methodology etc.) to reach sufficient institutional capacity and adequate networking opportunities for Belarusian non-governmental organization and local authorities to contribute in an effective and positive way to the assessment of the needs and the development of co-operation programmes and activities, as well as to ensure their efficient participation of the EU programmes and activities in the field of civil society.

Project circle management, Logical Framework approach. Organisation of advocacy campaigns. Social change management (based on System-and-thinking approach methodology).
