III FESTIVAL OF NON-FORMAL EDUCATION - OCTOBER 8-10th, 2010
Dear friends and colleagues!
We invite you to participate in the main event of the year dedicated to the role of non-formal education in the improvement of quality of life!
Festivals and Weeks are popular as a form of promotion of non-formal education and adult education in many countries. Belarus joined the festival movement in 2006. Since
then, the Festival has become a traditional platform for discussion of current issues and prospects for the development of non-formal education in Belarus and European countries. The international character of the Festival is pronounced more than usual this year. Special events of the Festival of non-formal education are included in the program of the traditional Week of Germany in Belarus.
