Belarus Support Programme of Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany 
The Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany provides funds for partnership projects between Belarus and Germany since 2002 as a part of Belarus Support Programme.
The main objective of the Belarus Support Programme is support and development of Belarusian civil society. A special place in the Programme is given to the support of civil initiatives, based on partnership and cooperation between the NGOs of Belarus and Germany.
The Programme is being realized by the Association for International Education & Exchange (the IBB) – politically and institutionally independent and a non-profit-making association.

Stiftung "Erinnerung, Verantwortung und Zukunft"
The Foundation has a long-term mandate to support international projects that foster relations between Germany and those countries subjected to particular suffering under National Socialism and which promote cooperation in a spirit of partnership. For this purpose, the “Remembrance and Future” Fund was established with start capital of EUR 358 million. From the revenues this generates, the Foundation provides support primarily for international programmes and projects in the following focus areas: a critical examination of history; working for democracy and human rights; humanitarian assistance for survivors of National Socialist dictatorship.

The Robert Bosch Stiftung GmbH (Robert Bosch Foundation) is one of the major German foundations associated with a private company. Established in 1964, it represents the philanthropic and social endeavors of founder Robert Bosch (1861-1942).

Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA)

The overall goal of Swedish development cooperation is to contribute to making it possible for poor people to improve their living conditions.In giving support to the work of Non-Governmental Organisations, Sida hopes to promote the development of a dynamic and democratic civil society, and strengthen the local partner organisations.
Project funds are distributed through 15 framework organisations that administer all applications from their subsidiary organisations, which they then submit to Sida for a decision. The principal rule is that an NGO must contribute at least ten per cent of the total sum for a project or programme.

The East Europe Committee of the Swedish Health Care Community (SEEC) - non-governmental professional organisation.
SEEC was established to promote a sustainable development in the health and medical care sectors and closely related social spheres in our neighbouring countries of Eastern Europe.
The activities of SEEC have progressively developed from small-scale contact building and study visits to larger strategically oriented systems reform projects, with partnership projects and knowledge transfer within health care and medical treatment. The overall objective of the support is to create system and structural changes for an effective health care, with the aim to stimulate the exchange of knowledge and know-how in health care and adjoining areas of social protection.
The SEEC receives a yearly subsidy of national funding through Sida.
Cooperation with Belarus started from the year 2006. The Belarusian Ministry of Health expressed interest in projects focusing on the promotion of healthy lifestyles and the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and accidental injuries in children.

Swedish NGO Centre for Development Cooperation FORUM SYD
Forum Syd is a framework organization which gathers two hundred Swedish organisations working with international development assistance and the forming of opinion on global issues. The aim of Forum Syd is to strengthen and develop cooperation between the civil society organisations in Sweden and in countries in the Global South and East. Its operations are largely financed through the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).

The Neighbourhood Programme 

The overall objective of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Neighbourhood Programme is to promote open and democratic societies founded on the rule of law and based on a stable political and economic development. The Neighbourhood Programme contributes to avoiding the creation of new dividing lines in Europe between the EU and its neighbours.

Focus areas:  strengthening of human rights for exposed groups such as refugees and minorities; combating illegal migration; reform and capacity development of the public sector; civil society development; business sector programmes; and the promotion of free and independent media. The aim of the civil society programme in Belarus is to strengthen civil society and promote the participation of citizens in the development of society at all levels.

Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC)

Switzerland has been running a Humanitarian Aid programme in Belarus since 1993.The Swiss Cooperation Office Belarus is responsible for coordinating the efforts in this field. It is run by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), part of the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

SDC Belarus is currently focusing its support on three main domains:

Health and social rehabilitation:
Improvement of health and living conditions of the population living in the Chernobyl contaminated area and social rehabilitation and reintegration of physically and mentally challenged people.

Strengthening of communities:
Provision of access to information through modern communication technologies for the rural population and promotion of community  based self-help mechanisms.

Prevention and preparedness:
Development and strengthening of the disaster response capacities; support of civil protection management; prevention and preparedness for technological disasters.

The Matra Programme
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Netherlands promotes the strengthening of civil society in Central and Eastern Europe. The name of the Matra Programme derives from the Dutch for social transformation, 'maatschappelijke transformatie'. Projects are designed to help strengthen institutions and build the capacity of central government, local authorities and, above all, civil society organisations. They also seek to improve interaction between national and local government and civil society, and to encourage consensus on measures to strengthen democracy and the rule of law.
Matra currently operates in the following countries: Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, Morroco, Poland, Romania, the Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey and Ukraine.

Small projects programme (Matra/KAР)
The (Matra/KAР) small projects programme is realized through 11 embassies in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and a consulate in St-Petersburg. The program accepts application from the following 15 countries: Belarus, Bulgaria, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia. Belarusian citizens and organizations, wishing to participate, can visit the embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands in Warsaw at any time and apply in a free form.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania supports the projects that could make an impact on a development of democracy, security and stability, in the partner countries, on improving the political, cultural, economic and social connections of Lithuania with these countries.
The priorities are given to the following spheres: promoting of democracy, human rights, just governing and the superiority of law, economic development, eurointegration, strengthening of administrative abilities; project propositions from other spheres are also accepted, minding the necessities of the partner states.
Regions of priority: Eastern Europe, Southern Caucasus and countries, restoring after conflicts and other undeveloped states.
