Development
of associations of small and middle enterprises:
Establishing
of Informational-analytical center of business and tourism in Grodno together
with partners from EU. Creation of internet-portal not less then on 3
languages. Supporting
of SME: Establishing of a Regional center of industrial
subcontracting, establishing of a Regional Center of
technologies transfer, establishment of an Innovational business center with
international Investors club.
Unemployment
reducing initiatives: establishing
of a Business beginner school (business basics, business planning and
psychology of interrelations, etc.)
Vocational
education: Center of qualification development (management,
financial management, marketing, languages, people resource management, etc.)
Social-economic
development: 1) In a framework of Neighborhood program establishing
of International clubs, partnerships for implementation of Strategies of
Sustainable Development of cross-border regions.
2) Establishing
“Agenda 21” Fund for
realization in small towns and rural areas of Grodno oblast’
micro programs in a partnership with
business associations and organizations of agrarian and ecological directions
of EU countries
